Jamie is an American actor, comedian, singer, songwriter and record producer. His father, Darrell Bishop, is a stockbroker, and his mother’s name is Annette Talley Dixon. Jamie Foxx’s parents separated shortly after his birth. So, the Foxx was adopted and raised by his maternal grandparents, Esther Marie and Mark Talley. But Jamie has had contact with his parents. He was brought up in Terrell. His grandmother was the real inspiration and reason for his success.
Foxx began playing Piano at about age five. From his teenage, he played piano in part and was also the leader at Terrell New Hope Baptist Church.
